2009 Inter Club Challenge:

24/01/09:– Hawkesbury Nepean Bass Anglers Association invites you to fish the 2009 Inter Club Challenge 27th / 28th / Feb / 1st March 2009

Its on agian! Monster grab raffle! Casting Comp! Heaps of fun for all. Come along even if your not in a club you can get membership with the HNBAA for the weekend for just $1.

Accommodation & Amenities:

Accommodation is camping only so bring your own tents and gear. Caravans and campers are quite welcome. There are showers, electricity, toilet blocks and water. B.Y.O. Drinking water.


6pm to 8pm on Friday 27 February 2009


Will be on Friday night, 27th February and will start around 8.00pm. All competition rules & regulations, fishing areas and details will be discussed and catch forms made available.

Fishing times:

Saturday 28th: 6.00am to 5.00pm (all catch sheets to be handed in by 5.30pm)
Sunday 1st: 6.00am to 11.00am (all catch sheets to be in by 11.30am)


Worthiness of craft being used in this event is the responsibility of the competing angler and safety is of prime importance. Contestants fishing the Inter Club do so at their own volition and risk. All craft must comply to Waterways safety rules.
Hawkesbury Nepean Bass Anglers Association will not accept any responsibility for accident, injury or loss occasioned during this event.

Meals & alcohol :

HNBAA will be providing a sausage sizzle on Friday night prior to the briefing and Sunday lunch time prior to the presentation. The catered meal on Saturday night will to be provided by HNBAA. The catered evening meal will consist of a main course followed by desert and coffee. This will commence at 7pm sharp. Please organise your own food for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and lunch on Saturday. No alcohol is provided, BYO


  • All fish must be measured on a Fisheries tape measure. Measures will be made available at the briefing.
  • All anglers must hold a current NSW recreational fishing licence.
  • All bass measured to fork length.
  • All catches must be verified by another team so live wells are mandatory and no dead fish will count.

Access must be via the camping site and no boats are to leave prior to 6.00am.............[More]
